These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Power Grid USDT Simulator mobile application, bundle identifier com.usdt.power.miner.simulator.x (“Application”), developed and operated by Krupat Vora (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.

1. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Power Grid USDT Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency mining simulator intended for entertainment and educational purposes.

The Application does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not generate cryptocurrency, money, income, profits, or financial returns.

2. VIRTUAL CONTENT

Any balances, mining speeds, session results, rewards, progress indicators, or similar values displayed in the Application are virtual simulation elements.

Virtual content:

  • Has no monetary value

  • Does not represent ownership of cryptocurrency

  • Does not represent real USDT

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • Cannot be transferred

  • Cannot be traded

  • Cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency or real money

  • Does not represent a financial asset or investment

No displayed virtual value creates a financial obligation between you and the Developer.

3. NO REAL CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING

The Application does not use your device to perform real cryptocurrency mining.

Simulated mining screens, timers, animations, mining speeds, balances, session results, and other mining-related elements are fictional components of the entertainment experience.

The Application does not represent participation in a real cryptocurrency mining pool, blockchain network, cloud-mining service, or cryptocurrency mining operation.

4. NO FINANCIAL OR CRYPTOCURRENCY SERVICES

The Application is not a:

  • Cryptocurrency wallet

  • Cryptocurrency exchange

  • Trading platform

  • Investment platform

  • Cloud-mining service

  • Payment service

  • Financial institution

  • Financial advisory service

The Application does not accept cryptocurrency deposits, process cryptocurrency withdrawals, facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, or provide financial services.

Nothing displayed in the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.

You should not make financial decisions based on simulated information displayed by the Application.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL RETURN

The Application does not promise, provide, or guarantee earnings, profits, income, cryptocurrency, money, or other financial returns.

Using the Application does not create an entitlement to receive money, USDT, cryptocurrency, digital assets, goods, or services.

All displayed rewards and balances exist solely within the fictional simulation.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Misuse or intentionally interfere with the Application

  • Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms

  • Use the Application for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services associated with the Application

  • Misrepresent virtual balances or simulated results as real cryptocurrency or financial assets generated by the Application

  • Reverse engineer the Application except where applicable law expressly permits such activity

7. LOCAL APPLICATION DATA

Certain simulator information may be stored locally on your device to maintain Application progress and preferences.

This information may include virtual balances, simulated session progress, daily simulation history, and Application settings.

Deleting the Application, clearing its data, or using an available reset feature may permanently remove locally stored simulation progress.

We are not responsible for loss of virtual progress resulting from Application deletion, device failure, operating-system changes, backup behavior, device replacement, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because all such progress is virtual and has no monetary value, loss of simulator progress does not represent a financial loss of cryptocurrency or money held by the Developer.

8. INTERNET AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

Some Application functionality may require an internet connection, including retrieving remote legal configuration or opening external webpages.

Your internet, mobile network, device, hosting, browser, or other service providers may impose their own terms, charges, or restrictions.

The Application may contain links to external websites or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or operation of third-party websites or services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for third-party materials used under applicable licenses, the Application's original software, interface elements, graphics, designs, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Developer and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use of the Application does not transfer ownership of the Application or its intellectual property to you.

You receive only a limited right to use the Application for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.

10. TRADEMARK AND AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

Power Grid USDT Simulator and Krupat Vora are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by:

  • Tether Operations Limited

  • Any cryptocurrency exchange

  • Any blockchain network

  • Any cryptocurrency mining company

  • Any financial institution

  • Any government authority

References to USDT, cryptocurrency, mining, hash rates, or related terminology are used only to describe the fictional simulation experience.

Such references should not be interpreted as indicating sponsorship, partnership, authorization, endorsement, or a real cryptocurrency service.

11. APPLICATION AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may modify, update, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features of the Application where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the Application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Application functionality may change through future updates.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Application will always be available

  • The Application will operate without interruption

  • The Application will always be error-free

  • All defects will be corrected

  • The Application will be compatible with every device or operating-system configuration

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

The Application does not hold real cryptocurrency or financial assets on your behalf.

Virtual balances and simulated rewards have no monetary value. Their modification, reset, deletion, or loss therefore does not constitute loss of cryptocurrency or money held by the Developer.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

14. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may restrict, suspend, modify, or discontinue the Application where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, operational, or policy-related reasons.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination may remain applicable.

15. CHILDREN

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.

If you are not legally permitted to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should not use the Application without any consent required under applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Application, applicable laws, platform requirements, technologies, or our practices.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other legal rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

18. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

If you download or use the Application through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Developer, and not with Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content, except to the extent required under applicable law or Apple's applicable terms.

Your use of the Application must also comply with applicable App Store terms and usage rules.

Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable provisions of these Terms where required by Apple's applicable terms.
