The Application is provided as a virtual simulation and entertainment service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
1. ABOUT THE APPLICATION
Power Grid USDT Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency mining simulator created for entertainment and educational purposes.
The Application does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, generate cryptocurrency or money, connect to cryptocurrency mining pools or blockchain networks, or provide cryptocurrency or financial services.
All balances, mining speeds, rewards, session results, and other values displayed within the Application are virtual and have no monetary value.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
The Application does not require registration, login, or creation of a user account.
The Application does not ask you to provide:
Name or phone number
Physical address
Government identification
Banking or payment information
Cryptocurrency wallet address
Password, private key, or seed phrase
If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide.
This information is used only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide support.
3. LOCALLY STORED SIMULATOR DATA
The Application may store simulator information locally on your device to operate its features and restore your progress.
Locally stored information may include:

Simulated mining-session start time
Simulated mining speed
Active-session progress
Daily simulation claims

The Application may use device clock information to calculate elapsed time and restore simulated session progress when you reopen the Application.

The Application may use internet connectivity to retrieve remote legal configuration and open external HTTPS pages.
6. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING
The current iOS version of the Application does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app advertising tracking functionality.
The Application does not intentionally use an advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
If advertising, analytics, tracking, or other services that affect our data practices are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Krupat Vora does not sell or rent personal information.
Limited technical request information may be processed by infrastructure or hosting providers where necessary to provide remote configuration or related online functionality.

Locally stored simulator information generally remains on your device until you:
Use an available reset or clear-data feature within the Application
Delete applicable Application data through your device
Uninstall the Application
Deleting local simulator information may permanently reset your virtual balance, active session, simulation history, daily claims, and related preferences.
The Application does not require a user account, so there is no corresponding server-side Application account to delete.
Your device or cloud backup services may separately back up or restore Application information according to your device and operating-system settings.
Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled in connection with the Application.
Where configured, remote web resources are accessed using HTTPS.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Application does not:

Use device hardware to perform real cryptocurrency mining
Connect to real cryptocurrency mining pools
Provide cryptocurrency wallets
Accept cryptocurrency deposits
Enable cryptocurrency withdrawals
Transfer or exchange cryptocurrency
Facilitate cryptocurrency trading
Provide investment products or services
Provide financial advice
Promise earnings, income, profits, or financial returns
All balances, mining speeds, rewards, session values, and results displayed by the Application are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, or converted into cryptocurrency or real money.
Power Grid USDT Simulator and Krupat Vora are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tether Operations Limited, any cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain network, mining company, financial institution, or government authority.
