These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Miner: Power Simulator, package name com.usdt.power.miner.simulator.x (“Application”), developed and operated by VD Digital App Studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Simulation Service

The Application is a fictional cryptocurrency mining simulator provided only for entertainment and educational purposes.

It does not:

Mine real cryptocurrency
Generate real USDT or money
Use device hardware for actual mining
Connect to real mining pools or blockchains
Provide cryptocurrency wallets
Accept deposits or withdrawals
Process financial transactions
Provide investments or financial returns

2. Virtual Values

All balances, mining speeds, session values and daily claims displayed in the Application are virtual.

Virtual values:

Have no monetary value
Do not represent ownership of real USDT
Cannot be withdrawn or transferred
Cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency
Cannot be sold or redeemed

VD Digital App Studio has no obligation to compensate users for virtual balances or simulator progress.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.

Users below the legal age required to accept these Terms may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License

VD Digital App Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Application for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Present virtual balances as real cryptocurrency
Use screenshots or simulator information to deceive others
Claim that the Application provides real mining or income
Use the Application for fraud or financial solicitation
Interfere with the Application or remote legal-configuration service
Copy, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application
Reverse-engineer the Application except where permitted by law
Introduce malicious code
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Mining Sessions and Daily Claims

The Application provides simulated 25-minute mining sessions and virtual daily claims.

Daily claims are limited to 10 claims per calendar month. Claim availability, missed days and monthly progress are simulator mechanics only.

No session or daily claim generates real cryptocurrency or money.

7. Local Data

Virtual balances, active-session information, mining speed, daily claims and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Local data may be lost if you:

Use Clear All Data
Clear Application storage
Uninstall the Application
Reset or replace your device
Experience device or storage failure

Deleted simulator data may not be recoverable.

8. No User Account

The Application does not provide a user, mining, wallet or financial account.

Simulator progress is not connected to a real cryptocurrency wallet, blockchain address or financial service.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

Do not use simulated values or results to make financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

10. Remote Configuration and External Links

The Application may connect to a remote service to obtain Privacy Policy and Terms links.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the remote service or external websites.

External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. VD Digital App Studio is not responsible for their content, security, availability or practices.

11. Intellectual Property

The Application’s original code, interface, graphics, animations, text and design are owned by or licensed to VD Digital App Studio and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“USDT,” “Tether” and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

12. No Affiliation

USDT Miner: Power Simulator and VD Digital App Studio are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by:

Tether Operations Limited
Cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets
Blockchain networks
Mining companies or mining pools
Financial institutions
Government authorities

The Application is not an official USDT or Tether service.

13. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free operation or recovery of lost simulator progress.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VD Digital App Studio will not be liable for losses resulting from:

Use or inability to use the Application
Loss of simulator progress
Reliance on virtual balances or results
Mistaking virtual values for real cryptocurrency
Financial decisions
Device or network failure
External websites or services
Unauthorized or unlawful use

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms when the Application, legal requirements or our practices change.

You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the Application. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
