This Privacy Policy applies to the USDT Miner: Power Simulator mobile application, package name com.usdt.power.miner.simulator.x (“Application”), developed and operated by VD Digital App Studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Application is provided as a virtual simulation service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

1. About the Application

USDT Miner: Power Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency mining simulator created for entertainment and educational purposes.

The Application does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, generate cryptocurrency, connect to a blockchain or provide financial services.

2. Information You Provide

The Application does not require registration, login or creation of a user account.

It does not ask you to provide:

  • Name or phone number

  • Physical address

  • Government identification

  • Banking or payment information

  • Cryptocurrency wallet address

  • Password, private key or seed phrase

If you voluntarily contact us, we may receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. This information is used only to respond and provide support.

3. Locally Stored Simulator Data

The Application uses SharedPreferences to store simulator progress locally on your device.

Locally stored information may include:

  • Virtual USDT balance

  • Mining-session start time

  • Mining speed

  • Active-session progress

  • Daily reward claims

  • Monthly claim progress

  • Cached legal-document URLs

  • Application preferences

This information is used to operate the simulator and restore progress when the Application is reopened.

The Application uses wall-clock timestamps to calculate elapsed session progress after it has been closed. This does not represent background or real cryptocurrency mining.

Local simulator information is not intentionally transmitted to VD Digital App Studio.

4. Remote Legal Configuration

The Application uses an internet connection to retrieve remote configuration containing Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions URLs.

During a configuration request, the remote server or hosting provider may automatically receive or process:

  • IP address

  • Application package name

  • Application version

  • Request date and time

  • Basic network and server-log information

This information may be used to deliver the appropriate legal configuration, maintain compatibility, prevent abuse, secure the service and diagnose technical errors.

Legal-document URLs may be cached locally so they remain available if the remote configuration cannot be retrieved.

Server logs, if generated, may be retained for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting before being deleted or anonymized.

5. Permissions

The Android Application uses the INTERNET permission to retrieve remote legal configuration and open HTTPS links.

The manifest may also contain package-visibility queries for text processing and opening HTTP or HTTPS links. These queries are not runtime permissions and do not provide access to personal content.

The Application does not request access to:

  • Camera

  • Precise or approximate device location

  • Microphone

  • Contacts

  • Photos or videos

  • Device storage

  • SMS messages

  • Call logs

  • Biometrics

  • Push notifications

  • Device sensors

The iOS version does not declare camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo-library or tracking permission.

6. Advertising and Analytics

The current version does not contain:

  • Advertising SDKs

  • Analytics SDKs

  • Crash-reporting SDKs

  • Push-notification services

  • Cryptocurrency or wallet SDKs

The Application does not use an Advertising ID for advertising or cross-app tracking.

If these services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose their data practices.

7. Information Sharing

VD Digital App Studio does not sell or rent personal information.

Limited technical request information may be processed by the infrastructure provider used to deliver remote legal configuration.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law

  • Respond to lawful government requests

  • Protect our rights, users or services

  • Prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents

Local virtual balances, mining progress and daily claim history are not intentionally shared because they remain on your device.

8. External Links

The Application may open Privacy Policy and Terms pages in your external browser after requesting confirmation.

External websites and browsers may process data according to their own privacy policies. VD Digital App Studio does not control or accept responsibility for their content, availability, security or data practices.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local simulator data remains on your device until you:

  • Use Clear All Data in Settings

  • Clear the Application’s storage

  • Uninstall the Application

Clear All Data may permanently remove your virtual balance, active session, mining speed, daily claims and related preferences.

The Application does not provide user accounts, so there is no server-side account to delete.

Device backup services may separately back up or restore local Application data according to your operating-system settings.

Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests and comply with legal obligations. To request deletion of information voluntarily submitted by email, contact apptestingacc04@gmail.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect remote configuration requests and support communications.

Remote links are opened through HTTPS where configured. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Simulation Disclaimer

USDT Miner: Power Simulator does not:

  • Perform real cryptocurrency mining

  • Generate real USDT or money

  • Use device hardware for real mining

  • Connect to real mining pools or blockchain networks

  • Provide wallets, deposits or withdrawals

  • Process financial transactions

  • Provide investments or financial advice

  • Promise income or financial returns

All displayed balances, mining speeds, session results and daily claims are virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

The Application and VD Digital App Studio are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Tether Operations Limited, any cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain network, mining company, financial institution or government authority.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements or our data practices change.

Updates will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically.

14. Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Application.
